Do I need to know how to swim?
No. The semi-submarine remains at the surface and guests view the reef from the underwater observatory.
Is the expedition suitable for young children?
Yes — the observatory is fully enclosed and ideal for families. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

- Suitable for pregnant women, infants, elderly guests and ambulatory wheelchair users.
- No food or drinks are served onboard.
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund when the trip is cancelled because of bad weather or force majeure.
- 50% refund for guest cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.
- A 100% refund may be approved for medical emergencies or another valid documented reason.
- Rescheduling does not attract a penalty, including when requested less than 24 hours before departure.
