1. About Axonia Expeditions
Axonia Expeditions operates a Digital Tourism Market through which travellers may discover, compare, enquire about, reserve, book and, where available, pay for tourism-related services supplied by Axonia and/or independent tourism partners.
The Digital Tourism Market may include accommodation, vehicle rental, airport and other transfers, chauffeur services, tours and activities, excursions, island hopping, boat and catamaran experiences, marine experiences, water sports, attraction tickets, travel-related services and other tourism categories introduced from time to time.

“Axonia”, “we”, “our” or “us” means Axonia Expeditions as operator of the Digital Tourism Market.
“Partner” means an accommodation provider, transport operator, tour operator, marine operator, activity provider or other independent supplier whose services are offered through Axonia.
“Customer”, “Guest”, “Traveller”, “you” or “your” means a person accessing the Digital Tourism Market or making or participating in a booking.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Axonia Digital Tourism Market, submitting a reservation request, accepting a quotation, making a booking or payment, or otherwise purchasing a service through Axonia, the customer agrees to these Terms together with the applicable booking conditions, Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy, Privacy Policy, specific conditions disclosed for the selected service and lawful supplier-specific conditions communicated before booking.
Where clearly disclosed booking-specific conditions conflict with these general Terms, the booking-specific conditions apply to that booking to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
3. Axonia's Role
Axonia operates a Digital Tourism Market connecting customers with tourism service providers.
Depending upon the service, Axonia may provide booking facilitation, reservations administration, quotations, customer communications, booking documentation, payment collection, payment verification, partner coordination, settlement administration and customer support.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, the underlying tourism service is supplied by the identified or contracted Partner.
Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility imposed upon Axonia by applicable law for services Axonia directly provides, money Axonia receives or representations Axonia itself makes.
4. Tourism Partners
Partners are responsible for maintaining licences, permits, registrations, insurance and other authorisations applicable to their activities.
Partners are responsible for operational information supplied to Axonia, including availability, facilities, service inclusions, restrictions and operating requirements.
Axonia may undertake verification and compliance checks, but verification does not constitute a guarantee that a tourism service will be entirely free from risk, disruption or operational change.
5. Listings and Information
Axonia aims to display accurate and current information.
Descriptions, photographs, facilities, schedules, routes, availability, capacity, vehicle information and similar listing information may originate from Partners.
Reasonable changes may occur due to weather, maintenance, seasonality, operational requirements or other circumstances.
Material changes affecting a confirmed service should be communicated to the customer as soon as reasonably practicable.
6. Prices and Currencies
Prices are displayed in the currency stated for the relevant service.
A booking may include or exclude taxes, tourism levies, port charges, conservation fees, security deposits, transfer charges or other items depending upon the service.
Known mandatory additional amounts should be disclosed before final confirmation wherever reasonably practicable.
Currency conversion and bank/card/payment-provider charges may be determined by third parties outside Axonia's control.
7. Quotations
A quotation is not necessarily a confirmed booking.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations remain subject to availability, validity periods, Partner confirmation where required, customer acceptance and applicable payment requirements.
8. Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed when Axonia issues a Booking Confirmation, Voucher or other document expressly confirming the reservation, or where the booking flow clearly states that confirmation is immediate.
An enquiry, request, quotation or invoice alone does not constitute confirmation unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers must check booking documentation and promptly report material errors.
9. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate information reasonably required to process and fulfil bookings.
Depending upon the service this may include name, contact details, nationality, traveller numbers and ages, arrival/departure information, passport/identification details where required, driving-licence information, and necessary accessibility, health or safety information.
Customers must not knowingly provide false or misleading information.
10. Payments
Available payment methods may include payment to Axonia, bank transfer, payment directly to a Partner, payment at a property/service location or other authorised methods.
The applicable method and deadline will be communicated during booking.
Where Axonia collects money for a Partner, Axonia may receive and administer that payment according to its contractual arrangement with the Partner and applicable law.
Payment is not treated as successfully completed until received or verified where verification is required.
11. Payment Security
Customers should make payments only through officially communicated Axonia or authorised Partner instructions.
Axonia will not require customers to disclose passwords, PINs or complete online-banking authentication credentials.
12. Booking Documents
Depending upon the transaction, Axonia may issue: Quotation → Invoice → Booking Confirmation → Voucher → Receipt.
Additional documents may include guest manifests, supplier confirmations, itineraries or service-specific records.
Not every booking requires every document.
13. Accommodation
Accommodation customers must comply with reasonable property rules, occupancy limits, check-in/check-out procedures and safety requirements.
Reasonable charges may apply for damage deliberately or negligently caused by a guest, subject to evidence and applicable law.
14. Vehicle Rental
Vehicle-rental customers must satisfy applicable age, identification and driving-licence requirements.
Providers may impose reasonable disclosed conditions concerning deposits, fuel, mileage, authorised drivers, prohibited use, accidents, traffic violations and vehicle return.
15. Transfers and Chauffeur Services
Customers must provide accurate pickup, flight and contact information.
Reasonable delays may occur because of traffic, flight disruption, weather, road closures or circumstances outside reasonable operational control.
16. Tours, Excursions and Activities
Customers must follow reasonable safety instructions.
Activities may be subject to minimum participation requirements, age limits, capacity restrictions, weather and operational/safety considerations.
17. Marine Experiences, Island Hopping and Water Sports
Marine activities depend upon weather, sea conditions, harbour restrictions, safety assessments and lawful instructions of captains or authorities.
A captain/operator may alter, postpone or cancel an activity where reasonably necessary for safety.
Customers must follow safety briefings and use required safety equipment.
18. Customer Conduct
Customers must behave lawfully and respectfully.
Axonia or a Partner may refuse or discontinue service where a customer poses a genuine safety risk, engages in violence, harassment, serious misconduct, unlawful activity or materially breaches applicable service conditions.
19. Cancellations, Refunds and No-Shows
Cancellations, refunds, amendments and no-shows are governed by the Axonia Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy together with clearly disclosed booking-specific conditions.
20. Changes by a Partner
Where a Partner cannot provide a confirmed service as booked, Axonia may assist with a reasonable alternative, rescheduling, appropriate price adjustment or refund where required.
21. Weather and Extraordinary Circumstances
Tourism services may be affected by severe weather, natural disaster, government restrictions, transport disruption, civil emergency, epidemic, strike or other extraordinary circumstances outside reasonable control.
Axonia and Partners will seek reasonable solutions, subject to applicable law and booking conditions.
22. Complaints and Customer Support
Customers should report problems as soon as reasonably possible so Axonia and the Partner have an opportunity to investigate and resolve them.
23. Reviews and Feedback
Customers may provide genuine feedback.
Axonia may moderate fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful or irrelevant content.
24. Intellectual Property
Axonia's name, logos, original content, website design and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Partner-owned intellectual property remains the property of its owner or licensor.
25. Prohibited Use
The Digital Tourism Market must not be used for fraud, unauthorised access, malicious interference, false reservations, unlawful scraping, impersonation or illegal activity.
26. Liability
Axonia remains responsible for obligations applicable law places upon it.
Independent Partners remain responsible for their own acts, omissions and underlying service performance to the extent provided by law.
Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
28. Changes to Terms
Axonia may update these Terms prospectively.
Material changes should not retrospectively make the terms of an already confirmed booking less favourable merely because the general Terms later change.
